| Urayasu, Japan
White-robed Shinto priests officiated at a groundbreaking ceremony for a $215 million Japanese version of Disneyland. The entertainment park, being built outside Tokyo under a tie-up between Japan's Oriental Land Company and Walt Disney Productions, will cover 202 acres and open in 1983. The park will include a "World Bazaar," "Westernland," "Fantasyland," and "Tomorrowland."
