Vietnam says it might pull some troops in Cambodia

Vietnam said it was ready to withdraw some troops from Cambodia under certain conditions and proposed a regional conference between the Indochinese countries and the noncommunist countries of Southeast Asia. The proposals were made in a statement at the end of a meeting of the foreign ministers of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia in Ho Chi Minh City, Radio Han oi reported.
