No new Polish aid for now, US says

The Reagan administration has decided against providing new economic assistance to Poland for the time being, the State Department said. Spokesman William Dyess told reporers that "what is needed most of all is internal economic reform" in Poland, rather than new aid. US officials said the position was no related to recent developments in Warsaw, specifi cally the departure of Polish Prime minister Jozef Pinkowski
