South Koreans go to polls in vote that favors Chun

South koreans voted Wednesday for a 5,278-member presidential electoral college which is almost certain to reelect President Chun Doo Hwan, candidate of the Democratic Justice Party. Election officials estimated that about 80 percent of the 21 million electorate voted. The three opposition contenders have already virtually admitted defeat by Mr. Chun.
Meanwhile, the South Korean Cabinet approved the establishment of an intelligence coordination commission led by the director of the Agency for National Security Planning, formerly the Korean Central Intelligence Agency, officials said. They said the commission will aid the establishment and conduc t of intelligence policy.
