Farmer takes UCLA reins; tale of two pros; FOOTBALL; 'Spider man' for the Heisman

Listen, if South Carolina's George Rogers can win the Heisman Trophy as college football's best player, why can't Barry Redden? Apparently that's the way the University of Richmond feels about its star running back. The sports publicity office has declared Redden a 1981 Heisman candidate in the teams's pre-spring practice prospectus. That's called, "jum ping the gun."
