Iranian panel to weigh whether hostage deal hurt

A special Iranian commission ordered a top-level investigation into charges by President Abolhassan Bani-Sadr that the terms for the release of the American hostages hurt Iran, Tehran radio said. At the same time, the office of Iran's prime minister, Muhammad Ali Rajai, accused the US of not complying with the terms for the release of the 52 Americans.

Meanwhile in Washington, the State Department reaffirmed that the Reagan Administration intended to honor the agreement negotiated by the previous Carter Administration for the rel ease of the hostages.
