Cambodia's former head of state, Norodom Sihanouk, said China was not yet willing to grant him the military aid he required as a condition for heading an anti-Vietnamese united front in his homeland. Prince Sihanouk said Huang Hua, the Chinese vice-premier and foreign minister, told him that China was not ready to "solve practical problems" with him.
Prince Sihanouk, who came here from his exile in North Korea, said he planned to hold talks with Khieu Samphan, the pro-Ch inese Khmer Rouge leader, early in May.
