New Director announced

H. Dickinson Rathbun of Falls Church, Virginia, has been named to The Christian Science Board of Directors. He succeeds David W. Rennie, who has resigned to return to Denver, Colorado, where he will continue as a teacher and public practitioner of Christian Science.

Mr. Rathbun has served for the past nine years as manager of the Washington, D.C., office of the Committee on Publication, a department of The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts. He, too, has been a Christian Science teacher and practitioner for many years.

Prior to joining the Board, Mr. Rennie had served as Christian Science Committee on Publication for the state of Colorado and as a member of The Christian Science Board of Lectureship.

A member of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Arlington, Virginia, Mr. Rathbun is former Christian Science Committee on Publication for the state of Virginia.

The Board changes were effective a s of May 4.
