Hussein says yes to a Moscow RSVP

King Hussein of Jordan will visit the Soviet Union this month at Moscow's invitation, the Tass news agency said. The King, in his first visit here since 1976, will discuss the Syrian-Israeli missile crisis and other topics with Soviet leaders. The Kremlin is said to attach importance to the visit because of Hussein's traditionally close links with the West. He is seen as capable of exerting influence on US policy in the area and helping restore Moscow's eroded position i n the Middle East.
