The latest victim in the unsolved series of murders here is another adult, Monitor correspondent Robert M. Press reports, as several of the last victims have been.
Asked if he saw any pattern of picking up people of any age, Public Safety Commissioner Lee Brown said no. "We see no random selection at this point."
There have been 28 victims in nearly t wo years. No arrests have been made.
