The fog comes in on little cat feet, and they have red toenails. This is not exactly the way Carl Sandburg's poem went. But then he was on hand before the enterprising gentleman out west who is trying to get all the necessary clearances, not to menton cash, to color the fog with harmless dyes.We've heard of painting the clouds with sunshine, and we're all for artistic freedom, but aren't things foggy enough the se days even with the mists in monochrome?
