Foes say Iranian leaders have killed young clerics

Opponents of Iran's Islamic leaders allege that young clergymen have been executed for challenging Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini's rule. Supporters of rebels fighting the Tehran government also said the bodies of executed dissidents are not being returned to their families because they bear signs of torture.

The unattributed accusations were made in a statement in London by representatives of left-wing Mujahedin guerrillas who said oppression in Iran was increasing with daily atrocities and appealed for support for international missions to inspect conditions in Iran.
