Puerto Rican capital has power back after bombing

Electric power has been fully restored in San Juan, after terrorists destroyed an important power substation in the heart of the capital city. The Nov. 27 bombing blacked out the Condado beach front hotel district, crowded with holiday tourists, and caused more than $2 million damage but no injuries. A clandestine group, wanting independence from the United States, took responsibility for the attack.
