Correction

''How an open school made it and made it and...'' was the title of a short book review which appeared December 7, 1981, in the Monitor's 16-page education section.

The Monitor's education editor thought the 88-page paperback good enough to state: ''You read this book soonest, or bring an excuse from home tomorrow!''

Unfortunately, there was a mistake in the address. The correct one is:

''Annehurst: The Natural History of a Good School,'' ($4), Kappa Delta Pi, PO Box A, West Lafayette, Indiana 47906.
