North Korea Tuesday turned down South Korean President Chun Doo Hwan's proposal for Korean reunification under a common constitution, the (North) Korean Central News Agency reported.
Last week President Chun suggested that the two Koreas establish a joint conference for national reunification which would have the power to draw up a constitution.
