US drug agent is charged with 'angel dust' business

A Drug Enforcement Administration agent was charged with the manufacture and sale of PCP, a hallucinogenic drug known as ''angel dust.'' The agency said Wallace Morgan, a nine-year veteran of the agency, was arrested in Manassas, Va. , after an investigation. Agents seized about five pounds of PCP, worth about $ 35,000, as well as chemicals and equipment for manufacturing the drug.
