President Reagan is considering a three-way summit with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin next month in New York, an official newspaper said here.
The newspaper, published by Mr. Mubarak's political party,said both Mr. Reagan and Mr. Begin will attend the session, but the Egyptian government has not chosen its representative yet.
