Security parallel drawn for Mideast, Falklands

On the eve of British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher's call here, a White House spokesman said Tuesday the same political problems blocking US participation in a Middle East peacekeeping force apply to the Falkland Islands. Mrs. Thatcher, in the US to address the UN Special Session on Disarmament, was invited to the White House by President Reagan last week.
