New Argentine Cabinet has lone military man

A 10-man Cabinet with a single military minister will be sworn in by Argentina's new military president when he takes over today (July 1), an official announcement said.

Maj. Gen. Reynaldo Bignone, appointed with Army backing to replace President Leopoldo Galtieri after his overthrow, named Maj. Gen. Llamil Reston as interior minister.
