Buckingham intruder won't be prosecuted

Michael Fagan, the Buckingham Palace intruder, will not be prosecuted for his uninvited visit with Queen Elizabeth II. Mr. Fagan's prosecutors determined he had no criminal intent in entering the palace.

In an unrelated development, Michael Trestrail, senior police officer in charge of protecting the royal family, resigned after confessing to having a longstanding homosexual relationship.
