According to Business Environment Risk Information, a risk-forecasting service for international business, Zaire will rank lowest in investment safety five years from now; Switzerland highest. Following close behind Switzerland will be Japan, the United States, Singapore, and West Germany , according to this forecast.
The ratings are based on sociopolitical, business-operating, and financial conditions expected to prevail in five years, rather than present conditions in a country.
