Casco Bank & Trust Company began offering a cash incentive this week to penny hoarders to part with their cents and help build up the bank's depleted stockpiles of Lincoln heads.
The bank will pay 10 cents on the dollar for rolls of pennies and 8 cents for a dollar's worth of unrolled pennies.
