Former congressional page Leroy Williams testified under oath Saturday that he lied when he said teen-age pages engaged in homosexual activities with congressman. But the House Ethics Committee decided to continue its investigation into sex and drugs on Capitol Hill.
Williams made his statement at a four-hour closed ethics committee meeting.
