Investigators ended their check of all Tylenol capsules sold in the Chicago area and believe they will find no more contaminated with cyanide unless the poisoner strikes again.
Illinois Attorney General Tyrone Fahner also said the Tylenol case task force is being cut from 125 people to 50. So far no one has been charged.
