PLO to call Reagan peace plan 'unsatisfactory'

The Palestine Liberation Organization decided to declare President Reagan's Mideast peace plan unsatisfactory, but it will stop short of a blunt rejection, a PLO official said.

The Reagan plan would be declared unsatisfactory at the Palestinian National Council meeting here because it failed to meet Palestinian aspirations for an independent state, the official said. But the draft resolution would endorse the Arab peace plan adopted in Fez, Morocco, last September, he added.
