Officials of Holbrook, Mass., have revoked the storage permit of a chemical company - owner of a waste site here that ranks among the most hazardous in the nation. Baird & McGuire Inc. will no longer be allowed to store flammable materials and chemicals in town. Scores of chemicals, some of them poisonous, have been discovered in soil and water samples nearby.
