The Beach Boys will entertain at the White House Sunday at the invitation of President and Mrs. Reagan. The musical group became a source of controversy this spring when Secretary of Interior James Watt banned rock groups from the Fourth of July celebration in Washington. He suggested the Beach Boys and other rock bands drew crowds who abuse drugs and alcohol.
