Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

Put an EPA in your tank. The Environmental Protection Agency has noticed that not every man jack of us gets as much mileage from a car as the official fuel-efficiency label says. Instead of demanding more from the cars, the EPA would lower the laboratory ratings, and by more than 20 percent. Fill 'er up, Bud, er, make that 80 percent.
