Reagan knows of plans to explore '84 strategy

President Reagan is aware of a move by his political advisers to hold a series of organization meetings to discuss ''contingency plans'' for a reelection campaign, his spokesman said Monday.
Deputy press secretary Larry Speakes said chief of staff James Baker and Sen. Paul Laxalt of Nevada, Republican general chairman, and others in and out of the White House are drawing up the blueprints for a campaign organization.
Vice-President George Bush said on NBC's ''Today'' show he has ''no doubt at all'' that Reagan will seek reelection.
