There she is . . . . For the first time in 25 years, there is a Miss Poland. But the revival of the beauty pageant barely survived complaints about too-skimpy bikinis. Straight-faced, the men in charge of the contest said they allowed bikinis because fabric shortages made it too hard for most women to find suitable one-piece bathing suits. Lidia Wasiak from the northwestern city of Szczecin won the title Wednesday night, with the promise of a trip to London to vie for the Miss World title this fall.
