Bush talks with Algerians to foster nonaligned ties

Vice-President George Bush opened talks Wednesday with Algerian officials aimed at consolidating the links the United States has been forging with this leader of the nonaligned movement. Mr. Bush said Washington supports the efforts being made to foster cooperation and development within North Africa.
