Six killed as violence marks Sind local polls

At least six people died in Pakistan's Sind Province Sunday as antigovernment protesters fought to sabotage a second round of local council elections, police and eyewitnesses said. Many polling stations were the targets of bomb attacks, and in central Sind 11 policemen and election officials were kidnapped.
