A 12-cent tool for $9,609? It was offered to Pentagonone drawing
In the latest disclosures of alleged overcharges for military parts, Senate investigators say the General Dynamics Corporation proposed selling the Air Force a 12-cent hexagon wrench for $9,609 and two 3-inch steel pins for $7,417 each.
