4 arrested in break-in at US base in Germany

Military police arrested three West Germans and an American priest who broke into a US base and used hammers and crowbars to batter a tractor that they believe transports nuclear missiles.

And in Italy Sunday, some 7,000 protesters tried unsuccessfully to form a human chain near the base in Sicily where cruise missile components are stored. A driving rain kept away thousands more demonstrators.
