As stated in Part 2 of the drug series by David Willis (Dec. 16), the White House so far has sent out at least 2 million anti-drug-abuse comic books to fourth and sixth graders in 35,000 elementary schools across the United States. These comics were distributed free of charge. The sale of 7 million comic books, also referred to, was through regular commercial channels, independent of the White House.
