Arab group says bombings in France are reprisals

A group called ''Armed Arab Struggle Organization'' Monday claimed responsibility for two New Year's Eve bombings in southern France that killed four people and wounded at least 50. The bombings hit the main train station at Marseilles and a high-speed train traveling through southern France.

The little-known organization's message referred to a French air raid in November on a pro-Iranian Shiite Moslem guerrilla base in the Lebanese city of Baalbek.
