Our name is about honesty. The Monitor is owned by The Christian Science Church, and we’ve always been transparent about that.

To clarify an item in the David Butwin column of May 8: Amtrak's All Aboard America Fare is not good for unlimited travel in the US but can be used for one extended journey, with two stopovers in addition to the final destination. The plan has recently been extended, at a marginally higher fare, at least through October.
