Jury acquits two policemen in death of Polish work

A court acquitted two policemen Monday charged in the beating death of Grzegorz Przemyk, a young Solidarity supporter. Two ambulance drivers were convicted of negligence in the case.

As the verdicts of the three-man judicial panel were announced, the boy's father and about 30 supporters walked out of the packed courtroom in protest.
