Policeman who defused bomb in L.A. planted it, FBI says

The police officer who reportedly defused a pipe bomb aboard a bus used to shuttle the Turkish Olympic team planted the bomb himself to look like a hero, the FBI told United Press International Tuesday. No one was injured by the bomb, which touched off a spate of telephoned bomb threats and forced the evacuation of about 6,000 people from three terminals of the Los Angeles International Airport Monday evening.
