Red Cross officials from two Koreas to meet tomorrow

Red Cross officials from North and South Korea are to meet tomorrow in another effort to open an exchange aimed at bettering inter-Korean ties. President Yoo Chang-sun of the South Korean National Red Cross said Saturday Seoul would send a delegation of five to the truce village of Panmunjom to meet five Red Cross officials from North Korea. Technically, they are to discuss a North Korean offer of flood aid to South Korea. But much stress is being put on broader aspects of the meeting.
