Prime Minister Brian Mulroney has accepted an invitation from President Reagan to meet at the White House next Tuesday to discuss relations between the two countries, the Canadian CTV network reported. Mr. Mulroney was sworn in as Canada's 18th prime minister Monday with a record 40-member Cabinet.
He has pledged job creation and better economic management as his government's priorities. He has also promised to improve the investment climate for foreign investors, mostly American, and to usher in a new era in friendlier relations with the US.
