Chadians silent on accord for French-Libyan pullout

Chad has yet to make a statement on a French-Libyan accord to withdraw their forces from the country. The surprise move was announced in Paris Monday after secret talks in Tripoli between French External Relations Minister Claude Cheysson and Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi.
