CIA guerrilla manual comes under attack from Moscow
The Reagan administration has been ''caught in the act'' with the revelation of a Central Intelligence Agency manual for Nicaraguan rebels, the Soviet Communist Party daily Pravda said Sunday.
The manual, whose publication has politically embarrassed President Reagan, advocates guerrilla techniques ranging from the murder of officials to the incitement of demonstrators. ''The hypocrisy and duplicity of the White House have been exposed at their foulest before the world and US public," Pravda said.
