Iraq, US expect to restore full relations next week
Iraqi and US officials said Tuesday they expect their two nations to restore full diplomatic relations next week during the visit of Iraq's deputy prime minister, Tariq Aziz. He will spend four days in Washington, meeting with Secretary of State George Shultz and Vice-President George Bush on Monday.
