Iraq postpones meeting in US on resuming diplomatic ties

Iraq has postponed for a week the visit of Deputy Prime Minister Tariz Aziz, citing ''scheduling'' problems, a Reagan administration official said Wednesday. Mr. Aziz was due here next weekend. His visit is expected to coincide with a resumption of relations with the United States after a 17-year break.
