Lebanon lists tough demands in talks on Israeli withdrawal

Lebanon presented a tough list of demands Thursday in its second round of troop withdrawal talks with Israel, including a request for up to $10 billion in war reparations. Other items included demands for an end to ''Israeli intervention in Lebanese internal affairs, Israel's attempts to demolish the Lebanese economy by dumping Israeli goods on the Lebanese market, and restoring communications between the south and the rest of the country.''

Talks will resume Monday.
