Duarte to meet Salvadorean rebels Friday, church says

A second meeting between President Jose Napoleon Duarte and leftist rebels fighting to overthrow the government will be held Friday, Monsignor Arturo Rivera y Damas, archbishop of San Salvador, announced Sunday. He said the location of the talks would not be disclosed until later ''for security reasons.'' The first round of talks took place on Oct. 15 in the guerrilla stronghold of La Palma.
