Reagan back in Washington for meeting with Iraq's Aziz

President Reagan wound up an eight-day Thanksgiving holiday Sunday and returned to the White House to confront the budget deficit and to map arms-control strategy. He also meets today with Tareq Aziz, the deputy prime minister of Iraq, the highest ranking Iraq official to visit Washington since relations between the two nations were severed in 1967. There were indications that full diplomatic relations might be resumed.
