Romania ousts Bonn envoys in return for German move

Romania has expelled four West German diplomats after Bonn ejected five Romanian diplomats earlier this month, a West German Foreign Ministry spokesman said Tuesday. He said Bonn regarded the expulsions as retaliation for the Nov. 9 decision to send home five Romanian diplomats who were under investigation for allegedly plotting to bomb Radio Free Europe's Munich headquarters and kidnap a Romanian emigre.
