Allegen Soviet arms breaches to be shared with Congress
The White House plans to send Congress a secret account of 19 possible Soviet violations of arms control agreements with the United States, according to Senate and Reagan administration sources.
Seven of the 19 were covered by President Reagan in his report on the subject last January. The 12 others are new. The White House will submit an evaluation of the material in February - after Secretary of State George Shultz holds talks with Soviet Foreign Minister Andrei Gromyko.
